Are you an experienced retail leader ready to take ownership of an exciting new store launch? This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Store Manager to play a key role in opening and establishing a brand-new retail location, leading a team from day one and driving commercial success. The job will suit applicants based in South Dublin/North Wicklow.

This role offers the chance to develop and inspire a high-performing team while delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving strong commercial results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the successful opening and day-to-day operation of a new retail store
• Recruit, train, and develop a motivated and customer-focused team
• Drive sales performance and deliver on key business targets
• Manage stock control, merchandising, and store presentation standards
• Ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered
• Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to maximise store profitability
• Manage rotas, labour costs, and operational efficiencies
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and compliance

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Store Manager, Retail Manager, or Senior Assistant Manager
• Proven track record of delivering sales growth and achieving KPIs
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Experience in grocery, FMCG, or high-volume retail environments advantageous
• Commercially focused with excellent organisational abilities
• Passionate about customer service and team development
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting
