We’re recruiting a Duty Manager for a leading lifestyle hotel. This role is ideal for an experienced Supervisor, Team Leader, or Senior Hospitality Professional looking to move into their first management position within a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team, gaining exposure to all areas of hotel operations while developing your leadership, commercial, and people management skills.

The Role

• Act as Manager on Duty and support the day-to-day operation of the hotel.
• Lead shifts across Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Guest Services.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and confidently resolve guest concerns.
• Support, coach, and motivate team members on the floor.
• Ensure high standards of service, presentation, and health & safety compliance.
• Assist with operational projects, training initiatives, and service improvements.
• Maintain a visible, hands-on presence and lead by example throughout each shift.

About You

• Experience in a Hotel Supervisor, Team Leader, Senior Receptionist, F&B Supervisor, or similar hospitality role.
• Ready to take the next step into management.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Passionate about guest service and team development.
• Calm, confident, and solution-focused under pressure.
• Flexible, hands-on, and eager to learn all aspects of hotel operations.
