Deli Manager – Kilmainham, Dublin

Excel Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Deli Manager to join a busy, high-volume convenience retail store in Kilmainham, Dublin 8.

This is an excellent opportunity for a deli professional with strong fresh food experience who is passionate about delivering outstanding standards, leading a team, and driving sales within a fast-paced environment.

Salary – €35,000 – €36,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operation of a busy deli department
• Lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Ensure the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and HACCP compliance
• Manage stock control, ordering, waste management, and margins
• Drive sales through strong merchandising and product availability
• Maintain excellent presentation standards across the department

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Deli Manager, Assistant Deli Manager, or Senior Fresh Food Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
• Experience managing and developing a team
• Commercially minded with a focus on sales and profitability
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
