Food & Beverage Supervisor – Dublin North

Excel Recruitment is currently recruiting a Food & Beverage Supervisor for our client’s well-established hotel in North Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to join a busy hotel operation, supporting the management of the food and beverage department while ensuring exceptional service standards and a memorable guest experience.

Salary: €35k – €36k

Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day operation of the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Supervise and motivate the food and beverage team, leading by example and maintaining high service standards
• Ensure guests receive professional, friendly, and attentive service at all times
• Assist with staff training and development to maintain a knowledgeable and high-performing team
• Coordinate daily service across restaurant, bar, functions, and other food and beverage areas as required
• Monitor service standards and address any guest queries or concerns promptly and professionally
• Assist with staff rostering and ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained in line with business needs
• Support stock control, ordering, and waste management procedures
• Ensure all food safety, HACCP, health & safety, and company procedures are followed
• Work closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, kitchen team, and wider hotel management to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role within a hotel or hospitality environment
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering an excellent guest experience
• Good leadership skills with the ability to supervise, motivate, and support a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy service environment
• Good knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards
• Understanding of HACCP, food safety, and health & safety procedures
• Professional and positive approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
