Key Responsibilities

• Support the processing of import and export shipments.
• Complete shipment data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor container movements and shipment progress.
• Prepare reports and operational documentation.
• Process sales and purchase invoices.
• Provide customer service and shipment updates.
• Assist with customs and shipping documentation.
• Support daily operations within the sea freight department.

Requirements

• Previous experience in logistics, administration, customer service, or freight forwarding.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Eagerness to develop a career within freight forwarding and logistics.

• Salary €30,000 – €35,000 DOE.
