Human Resources Manager – Limerick

Our client is a leading Irish-owned and managed contract catering and hospitality services provider, operating across multiple locations nationwide. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take ownership of a standalone HR function within a fast-paced, multi-site business. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will enjoy full autonomy in managing your workload, priorities, and time while playing a key role in supporting the continued growth and success of the organisation.

This is a hands-on role where you will be directly involved in recruitment, employee relations, HR policy development, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. You will lead all permanent and temporary recruitment activity, partner closely with operational managers across multiple locations, and act as the key HR advisor to the business.

Regular travel to sites throughout the region will be required. This opportunity would suit an experienced HR professional from a high-volume hospitality, contract catering, retail, FMCG, facilities management, or similar operational environment.

The job:

• Lead all permanent and temporary recruitment activities across the business.
• Act as the primary point of contact for recruitment agencies and external partners.
• Provide expert guidance and support to managers on all employee relations matters.
• Manage disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance-related processes.
• Ensure compliance with Irish employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
• Produce HR reports, recruitment metrics, and workforce insights for senior management.
• Visit sites regularly to support managers and employees.
• Support new site openings, mobilisation projects, and organisational growth plans.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous HR Management experience within a multi-site environment.
• Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns from end to end.
• Strong employee relations experience with the confidence to advise management teams.
• Experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Background in hospitality, contract catering, retail, FMCG, facilities management, or another fast-paced operational environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
• A self-motivated individual who thrives in an autonomous role and can effectively manage their own workload and priorities.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
