We are seeking an experienced Deli Manager to lead a busy and successful fresh food department in Bray.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of a busy deli department
• Lead, motivate and develop a fresh food team
• Drive sales, margin and waste control targets
• Ensure excellent food quality, presentation and customer service standards
• Manage stock control, ordering and merchandising
• Always maintain HACCP and food safety compliance
• Create a positive and productive working environment

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Deli Manager, Fresh Food Manager or senior deli supervisor
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Commercially aware with a focus on sales and profitability
• Passionate about fresh food and customer service
