Human Resources Executive – Limerick

Part-Time (32 Hours Per Week)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised, people-focused and proactive Human Resources Executive to join a well-established hospitality group based in Limerick.

This is an ideal opportunity for a HR graduate who enjoys working in a fast-paced people environment and is looking to further develop their career within a successful and growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of HR initiatives and day-to-day HR operations
  • Coordinate recruitment activities including advertising, screening and interview scheduling
  • Manage employee on-boarding and induction processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation in line with employment legislation
  • Support managers with employee relations matters and HR best practice
  • Assist with performance management, probation reviews and employee development initiatives
  • Coordinate training programmes and maintain training records
  • Monitor HR compliance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Prepare HR reports and provide administrative support to the wider management team
  • Support employee engagement and well-being initiatives across the business
  • Assist with payroll administration and employee data management where required

About You:

  • Previous experience within a HR Administrator, HR Coordinator, HR Executive or HR Generalist role
  • Relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Strong understanding of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hospitality experience would be advantageous but is not essential
  • Self-motivated with a positive and proactive approach
