Retail HR Manager – Dublin

Excel Recruitment are currently seeking a Retail HR Manager to support and partner with operational leaders across a growing retail business.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, developing talent and driving a high-performance culture.

This role offers a competitive salary of €70,000 – €75,000 DOE, a Comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to shape and develop high-performing teams across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with operational leaders to support business objectives and people initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management and employment law.
• Lead recruitment, on-boarding and retention strategies.
• Support leadership development and succession planning.
• Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives.
• Manage disciplinary, grievance and absence management processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies and best practices.
• Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Support organisational change and business growth initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with managers and employees across the business.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a HR Manager, HRBP or Senior HR role.
• Experience working in retail, hospitality, FMCG or another fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven employee relations experience.
• Strong coaching, influencing and leadership abilities.
• CIPD qualification desirable.
