Responsibilities of the Chef Role:

Prepare and cook high-quality meals
Ensure food safety and HACCP standards are maintained
Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and hygienic
Manage your assigned section and monitor stock levels

Requirements for the Chef Role:

Previous experience working as a Chef
Good understanding of HACCP procedures
Healthcare catering experience is beneficial
Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
