Weekend Manager – Cork

We’re recruiting a Grocery Retail Manager for a well-established store in Cork.This role offers the perfect balance for an experienced retailer seeking part-time hours while staying in a leadership position. You’ll work 30 hours per week, Friday to Sunday, overseeing key aspects of the store’s operations.

Salary: €17-€18 per hour

Hours: 30 hours per week (Friday to Sunday)

Responsibilities & Duties:
* Oversee day-to-day store operations
* Manage staff breaks and delegate tasks effectively
* Ensure merchandising, stock control and store presentation are maintained
* Deliver excellent customer service and resolve any issues efficiently
* Open and close the store, including keyholder duties and cash handling

Requirements:
* Previous experience in a grocery retail supervisory or management role
* Strong people management and leadership skills
* Excellent customer service and communication abilities
* Comfortable handling stock and cash management
* Flexibility to work Friday to Sunday
