🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing daily warehouse operations within a high-volume hardware distribution environment

• Managing 3PL relationships to ensure SLAs, quality, and service levels are consistently met

• Using data, KPIs, and analytical tools to identify trends, optimise processes, and improve operational performance

• Leading and developing a warehouse team to achieve productivity and accuracy targets

• Ensuring safe, compliant, and well-organised warehouse standards at all times

• Collaborating with supply chain, transport, and senior leadership to support wider business goals

📊 What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager within a 3PL, logistics, or distribution environment

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights

• Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach

• Experience working within hardware, trade, or product-based distribution is highly desirable

• Solid understanding of WMS systems, warehouse processes, and continuous improvement methods
