**Important to note as content creator part of the job is to video yourself wearing the clothing so I need a person who will resonate, connect, and relate to my client’s demographic customer of women aged 35 years plus – mainly based in South Dublin but you must have a car to travel from time to time to stores**
My South Dublin client is an Irish Fashion Retail business with thirty stores nationwide and a highly successful website.
This is a unique and fun job where this person will not only plan, create, and edit their content but will be the face of the brand wearing the clothing on camera.
As video content creator you will have an energetic, engaging, and bubbly personality who can connect with your audience, tell a story, and showcase looks across TikTok/TikTok Shop, Instagram, and Facebook.
You must have the skills (via an iPhone) to edit and put together the final video ready to be posted across all digital platforms.
You will film mainly out of the inhouse studio at the Dublin head office, but it is essential you have your own car to go to stores and out on location from time to time.
A second part to this job is managing photoshoots, coordinating the logistics such as models, clothing, and the photographer, then creating behind the scenes content for social media.
This is a job that comes with a lot of creative freedom and autonomy and will suit someone who has a real passion for fashion and a keen eye for women’s styling and trends.
You will collaborate with the marketing team and the buyers when it comes to the fashion looks and clothing you are promoting as well as the brand guidelines.
Salary is €40k-€50k, negotiable but must reflect the level of experience.
Responsibilities for the job of Video Content Creator:
Content Creation:
- Develop and execute engaging video content for TikTok Shop and other social media platforms and be the face of it.
- Host live shopping events to showcase the product range and engage with viewers in real time by being interactive.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
Audience Engagement:
- Build authentic connections with the target audience of women through relatable and inspiring storytelling.
- Respond to comments, questions, and feedback during live events and on social media platforms.
Photoshoots:
- Manage the photoshoots and coordinate logistics like models, photographers, location etc. in conjunction with the marketing team.
- Create engaging Behind the Scenes content for social media.
Collaboration & Strategy:
- Work closely with the e-commerce and marketing teams to ensure product promotions are effectively integrated into content.
- Stay updated on trends in live shopping, TikTok, and social media to keep innovative and competitive.
Content Planning & Management:
- Plan a content calendar for photoshoots that aligns with promotional activities, product launches, and key events.
- Manage the filming, editing, and posting schedule to maintain consistent engagement.
