We are recruiting a Furniture Installer / Van Driver for a busy and growing company in Galway. This is a varied role involving delivering furniture to customers, assembling and installing items in their homes, and providing a professional and friendly service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving a company van to deliver furniture to customers
• Loading and unloading furniture safely
• Assembling and installing furniture in customers’ homes
• Using hand and power tools safely
• Ensuring furniture is assembled correctly and to a high standard
• Moving and positioning furniture as required
• Completing delivery paperwork
• Providing a professional and friendly service to customers
• Assisting with warehouse duties when required

What We’re Looking For

• Full clean Category B driving licence
• Previous experience in furniture assembly, installation, delivery driving or a similar hands-on role
• Good practical skills and confidence using tools
• Physically fit and comfortable lifting and moving furniture
• Good attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
• A professional and friendly approach when dealing with customers
