Trainee Manager

Our client, a well-known Irish retailer, are seeking to expand their store teams and are excited to meet with ambitious and driven Trainee Manager candidates.

This role is ideal for a candidate who has a background in grocery retail, with experience supervising or leading a team to ensure KPIs and targets are met.

• An enthusiastic individual who strives in a target driven environment
• Previous retail experience, preferably on a management or supervisory level
• Passionate about standards and customer service

Your roles and responsibilities as Trainee Manager:

• Leading, training, and developing a team of colleagues
• Achieving KPIs and sales targets outlined by senior management
• Driving sales and standards in store
• General merchandising and promotional activities
