Key Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day running of a high-volume retail store
• Lead, train, and motivate team members
• Deliver excellent customer service standards
• Assist with stock control, merchandising, and store presentation
• Support staffing, scheduling, and performance management
• Ensure company procedures and health & safety standards are followed
• Drive sales and help achieve store targets

• Previous retail experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong people management and communication skills
• A positive, hands-on approach to work
