Supermarket Trainee Manager – Dublin
We are currently recruiting a Supermarket Trainee Manager for a busy and well-established supermarket in Dublin.
What’s On Offer
- Hrly Rate: €15.00
- 40hr working week
- Additional rate on Sundays and Bank Holidays

Responsibilities
- Support the management team in the day-to-day running of the supermarket
- Maintain strong store standards, merchandising, and customer service
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and waste management
- Support department managers across fresh food, grocery, and front-end operations
- Help drive performance across sales, margin, and store KPIs
- Assist with staff supervision, training, and team development
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and company policies
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supermarket or retail environment
- Strong interest in developing a career in supermarket management
- Good communication and leadership potential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
