Trainee Manager – Dublin

Excel Recruitment is seeking a Supervisor/Trainee Manager to join our expanding client based in Dublin.

Our client is a big player in the grocery retail market and is looking for customer service passionate, driven individuals to join their team. They are known for their training and development to the highest retail standard and love individuals who can surpass expectation in a fast-paced team environment.

Ideally, they are seeking an individual who was previously a Supervisor/Trainee Manager/Senior Sales Assistant who is motivated and can lead a team. They must enjoy the hands-on grocery retail environment and have fantastic customer service skills.

Salary: €28-€32K DOE

Responsibilities:

• Stock management and control
• Team management and assisting department manager
• Ensuring compliance with HACCP and Health & Safety
• Provide excellent customer service
• Train and develop new team members

Requirements:

• Ability to manage a team
• Previous Grocery Retail Management experience
• Team player mentality
• Motivated to progress
