Team Leader – Fashion

As Team Leader, you will work alongside the leadership team in mentoring and coaching, driving sales and KPI’s, and exceeding customer expectations.

Skills and experience required for this job:

• Previous supervisory experience in fashion/non-food/grocery retail coupled with an interest in sports fashion
• Strong leadership qualities
• Proven record in delivering on sales targets and KPI’s
• Self-motivated and energetic with a hands-on approach

Responsibilities of this job include:

• Ensure excellent retail store standards and customer engagement is delivered at all times
• Mentor, motivate, and develop a strong sales team
• Communicate and achieve sales targets
• Deliver excellent product knowledge to all customers
• Carry out regular team briefs on sales, deliveries, and product knowledge
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are implemented and maintained
• Ensure the store is well merchandised in accordance to company plan
