Team Leader

Here at Excel Recruitment, we have an exciting Team Leader job opportunity for our fashion retail client in Waterford.

As Team Leader you will assist the senior management team in the smooth day-to-day running of the store.

The Team Leader will be responsible for driving the team’s daily objectives and KPI targets to achieve required results. They will act as the first point of contact for team members and will carry out daily team briefs relaying sales, service, and store expectations.

This is a wonderful job opportunity for an enthusiastic Team Leader looking to join a large group where opportunities and growth are available.

Responsibilities of this job:

• Supporting the store manager with all aspects of managing a high-volume retail store
• Driving the commercial plan across the store
• Conducting regular team meetings, and keeping your team up to date with any developments they may need
• Driving sales forward and achieving store targets
• Managing stock control and rotation

Requirements for this job:

• Previous retail management/supervisory experience
• Excellent customer service
• Keen interest in fashion and fitness trends
• Outstanding communication skills
• Demonstrate excellent commercial awareness
• A proven track record in driving and achieving KPI’s

Salary: €25K
