Our client is seeking a candidate who is experienced in the 360-recruitment cycle, someone who is ambitious and driven, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, targeted environment.

We are seeking someone who has a working knowledge of recruitment, and who is passionate about all things recruitment.

Our client’s business has become a big player in their industry over recent years and have seen massive expansion across both Irish and international markets. They are now hoping to further expand their teams and are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who can assist with this.

There is a fantastic starting salary of €43k for the successful candidate for this position.

Who you are:

• Ideally will come from a background in pharmacy recruitment or high-volume recruitment
• Strong attention to detail
• Good phone etiquette
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressured environment
• High degree of integrity and confidentiality
• Proficient user of MS Office
• Friendly and approachable

Responsibilities of a Talent Acquisition Specialist:

• Compiling job ads
• Recruitment and selection of candidates
• Completing reference checks
• Saving and screening candidate CVs
• Draft employee contracts and prepare new starter packs when required
• Liaise with training department to ensure all new hires are trained and inducted
• Provision of general administration support
