Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person-centred support to individuals with intellectual disabilities in residential and community-based settings.

• Assist individuals in achieving their goals and promoting independence and inclusion.

• Support service users with daily living tasks such as personal care, cooking, leisure activities, and social participation.

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure a high standard of care and well-being.

• Maintain accurate records and adhere to all policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not essential – full training provided.

• Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills.

• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and sleepovers as required.

• A full clean driver’s licence is essential.
