Supermarket Store Manager – Wicklow

About the role:

Our client is seeking a Supermarket Store Manager who has the following:

• Previous Store Manager experience
• Ability to manage a large team and motivate them to perform and achieve targets
• A track record of achieving targets and history of achievements in their prior roles
• Develop and mentor management team
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and Health & Safety
• Identify gaps in the market to increase sales and minimise costs (budget control)
• Be enthusiastic towards work and come to work with a switched-on, positive attitude
• Have previous experience or knowledge of fresh food and HACCP
