We’re looking for a hands-on Supermarket HR Manager with a solid retail background who knows that people are the heart of great business in Blanchardstown, Dublin.

What We’re Looking For:

• HR qualification or relevant degree (CIPD or equivalent preferred)
• Previous retail or grocery experience (essential)
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practice
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, people-first environment
• Proactive mindset with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
