Salary: €40k

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the day-to-day running of a busy, high-volume supermarket
• Leading and inspiring teams across Grocery, Fresh Food, and Front End departments
• Driving sales, controlling costs, and ensuring key business targets are achieved
• Maintaining exceptional merchandising, stock availability, and store presentation standards
• Coaching and developing colleagues to build a high-performing team
• Monitoring KPIs and implementing improvements to maximise store performance
• Ensuring full compliance with HACCP, food safety, and health & safety legislation
• Delivering outstanding customer service and resolving issues quickly and professionally
• Taking full responsibility for the store in the absence of senior management

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Supervisor within a busy supermarket
• Strong knowledge of supermarket operations, including Grocery and Fresh Food
• A hands-on leader who motivates teams by leading from the front
• Commercial awareness with a proven ability to drive sales and manage costs
• Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills
• Someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ambitious, motivated, and eager to build a long-term career with a successful retailer
