This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated retail professional to take full ownership of a busy convenience store, leading a team and driving sales performance.

About the Role:
As Convenience Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, strong team leadership, and commercial performance. This is an ideal role for someone who is ready to step up and manage a busy convenience retail outlet with full accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of daily store operations.

  • Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding customer service.

  • Monitor sales, margins, and stock levels to maximise profitability.

  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety, and company policies.

  • Implement store promotions and merchandising standards.

  • Resolve customer queries and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or Deputy Manager in a convenience retail environment.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

  • Commercially minded with the ability to drive sales and manage budgets.

  • Motivated, ambitious, and capable of managing a busy retail team.

  • Flexible approach to working hours including weekends and holidays.
