Supermarket Assistant Manager – Athlone

Our client is a grocery retailer and delivers an amazing shopping experience to their customers. They have a team orientated culture, love to drive sales and standards across the store. This is a busy high turnover store, where no two days are the same!

Responsibilities:

• Stock management
• Ability to manage a team
• Excellent customer service
• Control and reduce costs
• Rosters and training/development
• Cash management
• Ensure compliance with health and safety
• Ensure shop standards are high
• Waste control and reduction

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a Senior Retail Management role (Grocery Manager, Convenience Manager, Retail Manager)
• History of achieving KPI targets and managing large teams
• Have experience and knowledge of order systems
• Interpersonal skills and excellent communication
