Senior HR Business Partner – Strategic Transformation (18 Month FTC)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR professional to step into a highly visible and impactful role within a large, purpose-led organisation undergoing significant transformation. This position offers the chance to partner closely with senior leadership, shaping and delivering a forward-thinking people strategy that supports organisational growth, cultural evolution, and long-term sustainability. You will play a key role in embedding change initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and driving a high-performance environment across the business.

Salary and Benefits

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leadership teams to deliver aligned people strategies
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance through periods of change and ambiguity
  • Design and implement organisation-wide change and transformation programmes
  • Lead workforce planning and organisational design initiatives
  • Drive employee engagement and culture development initiatives
  • Support talent management and succession planning processes
  • Provide expert advice on complex HR, organisational, and people-related matters
  • Collaborate with specialist HR teams to deliver integrated people solutions
Requirements and Desirable Experience
  • Third level qualification in HR or related field with CIPD accreditation or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ HR experience, including experience at Business Partner level
  • Demonstrated experience leading organisational change and transformation
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior level
  • Experience in organisation design, workforce planning, and change methodologies
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into people initiatives
  • Strong communication, resilience, and problem-solving capability
  • Experience working in complex or fast-paced environments is advantageous
