Fashion Store Manager – Stillorgan

Are you a driven and experienced retail manager with a passion for fashion, jewellery, and homewares? We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a highly respected Irish retail brand for a Store Manager to lead their beautiful Stillorgan store.

This is an excellent opportunity for an operationally strong manager who thrives on driving sales, developing people, and delivering an outstanding customer experience in a premium retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the store team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver an exceptional in-store experience focused on 5-star customer service.
• Drive product knowledge and uphold the brand’s values across the team.
• Ensure excellent store presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Manage day-to-day store operations effectively and efficiently

Requirements for the Store Manager

• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a premium retail store, ideally in fashion, jewellery, or homewares.
• Strong track record of delivering against sales targets and KPIs.
• Proven experience in team recruitment, training, and development.
• Confident in maintaining high store standards and visual presentation.
• Customer-focused, commercially aware, and passionate about retail.
• Ideally based in or near Blackrock, Dún Laoghaire, Rathfarnham, or Mount Merrion.
