Store Manager – Fashion

Are you ready to lead and inspire a team in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment? Our client, a leading retailer offering the best in class clothing and footwear brands, are seeking an experienced Store Manager to join their team in Co. Sligo.

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and success of the store. This includes delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and leading a team of dynamic and passionate individuals. Your focus will be on building strong customer relationships and ensuring the store meets its sales targets and KPIs.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive store performance and meet sales targets by effectively managing store operations
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and brand knowledge
• Use your commercial acumen to identify opportunities to grow revenue and improve profitability
• Ensure that visual merchandising and store presentation reflect the brand’s identity and standards
• Implement company policies and processes while fostering a positive, collaborative working environment

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in fashion retail management
• Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a large team
• A solid understanding of key commercial drivers and experience in achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience

Salary: Up to 38K depending on experience
