Store Manager – Stillorgan

Our client a well-known successful Fashion Boutique is seeking to recruit an experienced Fashion Retail Manager for one of their busiest and most successful stores in South Dublin. Known for their wide variety of premium Fashion labels coupled with their fantastic customer service this is a great opportunity for a customer focused store manager.

As Store Manager you will have strong commercial and visual experience, a hands-on approach to driving sales and amazing standards through a knowledgeable sales team. You will be experienced in making autonomous decisions on your store in terms of product ordering, store layout and visual proposition.

Responsibilities for this Fashion Store Manager job include:

• Ensuring that the highest of standards and customer engagement is delivered at all times
• Inspiring your team to be their best and providing strong leadership
• Ensure the store is visually and commercially merchandised to the highest of standards.
• Analysing sales reports and reacting accordingly
• Effectively managing and achieving KPI’s per company plan
• Ensuring that company procedures are implemented and adhered to
• Liaise closely with buying team and supply chain

Skills and requirements for this Fashion Store Manager job include:

• 3-4 years of senior fashion management experience
• Experience in leading a strong sales team of 10+
• Excellent ability in driving sales and motivating and inspiring your sales team to succeed
• Excellent Fashion labels, branding and styling knowledge
• A strong eye and passion for visual merchandising
• KPI driven with commercial and visual experience
