We are seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on Store Manager to lead a small, high-energy retail store the heart of Galway City. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced retail leader who enjoys working in a creative, product-led environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience while developing a high-performing team.
You will lead a small team, creating a fun, engaging atmosphere for both customers and colleagues while driving the overall success of the store.
Package:
- Salary: €34,000
- 21 days annual leave, increasing with service

Key Responsibilities of this Store Manager job include:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a small team to deliver excellent customer service and strong commercial results.
- Deliver an engaging and friendly customer experience at all times.
- Drive sales and achieve store targets through effective leadership on the shop floor.
- Maintain high standards of merchandising, stock control, and overall store presentation.
- Manage store administration, reporting, and operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve store performance and customer engagement.
Requirements for this Store Manager job include:
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or an experienced Assistant Store Manager ready to step into a Store Manager position.
- A passion for working in a creative or product-focused retail environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a small team.
- A hands-on, energetic, and customer-focused management style.
- Strong commercial awareness with a proven ability to drive sales and store performance.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
