Store Manager – Art and Stationery – South Dublin

My client, an established retail chain in Art and Stationery, is looking for an experienced Store Manager to bring a creative flair and enthusiasm to one of their busy locations in South Dublin.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Retail Store Manager to join a creative and customer-focused retailers and take ownership of one of their flagship stores. You will have the chance to bring your own ideas, influence store performance, and play a key role in the continued success of the business.

Salary & Package

• Salary up to €40,000 per annum (paid weekly)
• 21 days annual leave, increasing with service

Key Responsibilities of the Store Manager Job

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient performance
• Inspire, motivate and develop the existing management and retail team
• Drive sales, profitability and overall store performance
• Deliver outstanding customer service standards throughout the store
• Ensure excellent merchandising, presentation and product availability
• Manage recruitment, training and performance development of team members
• Maintain all Health & Safety and company compliance standards
• Analyse store performance and implement initiatives to support business growth
• Complete all reporting and administrative duties

Skills and Requirements of the Store Manager Job

• Previous experience as a Store Manager within a fast-paced retail environment
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop successful teams
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of achieving sales targets
• A positive, energetic and motivational leadership style
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the shop floor
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Ability to quickly build credibility and make a positive impact within an established team
