Store Manager (9 Month FTC)

We are currently recruiting for a Store Manager to join an expanding non-food retail business in Naas, Co. Kildare on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced retail manager to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment, delivering on sales, service, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities for this Store Manager:

• Lead and motivate a team of 10+ to consistently achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Drive store performance through effective coaching, team development, and KPI management.
• Ensure high standards in visual merchandising, stock control, and store presentation.
• Analyse sales data and respond to trends and opportunities with relevant actions.
• Handle day-to-day operations, including scheduling, customer queries, and team management.
• Maintain compliance with all operational policies and procedures.

Key Skills rquired for this Store Manager:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a retail management role (fashion, non-food, or grocery).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and develop your team.
• A proven ability to hit targets and deliver commercial results.
• Organised, solutions-focused, and customer-centric approach.
• Available to work full-time (40 hours per week).
