Store Manager – Killarney

My client who’s based in Killarney are a growing and dynamic non-food retail chain who are currently seeking a Store Manager to join their team. I am keen to speak with managers who has a history of achieving high sales and KPI’s while training, coaching, and developing a team of 10-15+.

Responsibilities for this Store Manager job:

• Lead, coach and train a team of sales assistants to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, KPI’s and increase profitability.
• Ensure the store is properly merchandised and maintained to company standards.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements for this Store Manager job:

• 3+ years experience in a store management role in fashion, non-food, or grocery.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPI’s.
• Ability to effectively manage inventory and control costs.
• Ability to work 40 hours.
