Store Manager – Dublin 12

Our client, a well-established furniture retailer is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Retail Store Manager with Furniture experience to join their breath-taking showroom in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for a person with a furniture background and passion for leading teams and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver sales targets through your own personal sales and through your team
• Uphold excellence across the showroom by maintaining superior standards and always delivering exceptional customer service
• Motivate, coach and mentor your team daily encouraging consistent performance and growth
• Drive productivity across the store through consistent training and development of the team
• Liaise with the manufacturing team to ensure products are made and delivered on time
• Work with clients to ensure their needs and wants are met
• Organising advertising and marketing campaigns

Skills & Qualities:

• The suitable candidate will have a proven track record in selling high ticket interiors, a strong visual eye and have extensive knowledge in fabrics, textiles and trends
• Strong organisational and communication skills to ensure consistency of standards
• Must be flexible to work Saturdays
• Ability to build relationships with both customers and staff
• Ability to analyse store performance and KPIs
