Store Manager

Excel Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager on behalf of our esteemed client in Sligo.

Salary: €55k-€60k

Responsibilities of this Store Manager:

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control
• Implement and maintain store policies and procedures
• Analyse sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and effectively
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing store environment

Who you are as a Store Manager:

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in using retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service
