Store Manager – Dublin

This is the perfect opportunity for a Store Manager looking for a fresh new challenge or an experienced Assistant Manager ready to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate for this job will have a proven track record of management experience in a retail environment and will be passionate about customer service and driving sales.

Salary: €40k – €45k

Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a busy retail store
• Effectively manage staff and motivate them to meet and exceed KPIs
• Analyse and understand daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding sales, waste, and margins to ensure the growth and profitability of each store
• Ensuring that all regulations and standards are met regarding HACCP, food safety, stock control and waste management
• Reviewing staff performance regularly, creating staff rosters, and ensuring overall high standards of the store

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Excellent team leadership skills
• Previous experience managing a team of staff
• An ambitious individual with the capacity to drive sales and standards in-store
