Store Manager – Co. Dublin

Excel Recruitment is currently seeking a Store Manager to join our client, a well-established grocery retailer in Dublin.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vastly successful grocery retailer, that has stores nationwide. This is the ideal role for an assertive manager with a strong background in driving profits and surpassing sales targets.

Salary: €40 – €50k DOE

Who you are:

• Previous experience in grocery retail management
• Able to lead and motivate a team of staff members
• A flexible manager and concise communicator
• Target-driven with a drive to surpass sales targets and KPIs

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maximising profits and controlling costs by achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Following Health and Safety and HACCP requirements
• Managing stocktaking, ordering and stock rotation
• Keeping the highest standards of cleanliness across the premises
• Regularly consulting head office and suppliers
• Leading the staff and management teams
