Store Manager – Ballina, Mayo

Our client is a thriving grocery retailer and is seeking an experienced Store Manager. The client operates in a motivated, fast-paced environment and is a goal focused grocery retail business. Food quality and food service are highly valued by our client, and they are looking for an individual with the same core values.

The ideal candidate should have management experience, be KPI driven and have the ability to manage and lead medium to large sized teams.

Responsibilities:

• Daily management of the store
• Communicating tasks to staff & conducting management meetings
• Achieving monthly KPI’s
• Following HACCP and other Health & Safety procedures
• Monitoring stock, waste, and margins
• Motivating staff

Requirements:

• Must have store management experience
• Have a track record of achieving KPIs
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Clear and concise communication skills
