Store Manager – Kildare

Excel Recruitment is seeking a Store Manager for our well-known and famous Irish grocery retail client based in Kildare.

Our client is well-regarded as a top grocery retailer in Ireland and is expanding its growing team. They are extremely customer focused and sales driven. Our client loves delivering the best food service and quality to their customers!

The ideal candidate is an individual with previous Grocery Retail Store Management experience and can drive sales. They must have good people management skills and the ability to delegate tasks in a busy retail environment.

Salary: €45-55k DOE

Responsibilities:

• Team management and delegation of tasks daily
• Ability to lead
• Monitor sales and KPI
• Provide excellent customer service
• Train and develop the team
• Motivate the team to perform

Requirements:

• Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Previous Store Management experience desirable
• Food passion
