Store Manager – Mayo

Excel Recruitment is seeking an experienced Store Manager to join our global grocery retail client based in Mayo.

Our client is a large supermarket retail chain and is well-known as a customer favourite. They love hard workers who enjoy working in a team environment.

The ideal candidate is an individual with previous experience managing a grocery retail store, is a true leader and is KPI and sales driven.

Salary: €55k plus excellent benefits

Responsibilities:

• Ability to manage a large team of staff
• Monitor store standards and ensure quality of service
• Training and development of team members
• Achieve KPIs and sales targets on a regular basis
• Ensure compliance with HACCP & Food safety
• Stock management and control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Prior store management experience desirable
• Knowledge of the food retail market
• Ability to lead & support team
• Enthusiastic mentality towards work
