Store Manager – Dublin

Here at Excel Recruitment, we are currently seeking a talented retailer for our client’s business based in Dublin. We are seeking a candidate who has a strong knowledge of and background in the grocery retail sector. We are seeking a candidate who is dynamic in their approach to management, who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong store standards.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong retail background, with a desire to upskill and a passion for customer service.

There is a competitive salary of up to €50k on offer for the successful candidate for this role

Who you are as a Store Manager:

• You will have previous experience in retail management at a senior level, preferably in a large store setting
• Experience managing large teams
• You will be an ambitious leader, with strong commercial acumen
• Have a genuine passion for customer service
• A proven track record for exceeding KPIs and targets

Roles and Responsibilities as a Store Manager:

• Achieving sales targets as set out by senior management
• Ensuring your management team are effective, organised and achieving success within their departments
• Motivating your team and ensuring they are fully trained to deliver the highest possible standards within the store
• Ensuring the store is consistently reaching targets and KPIs
• Leading by example within the store
