Store Manager – Laois

Do you have experience in grocery retail store management?

Excel Recruitment is seeking a Store Manager for our profitable client’s store based in Laois.

Our client is famous for its high-quality food service and store standards across the board. They thrive to ensure excellent customer service and to achieve their KPI targets.

The ideal candidate will come from grocery retailing and possess margin experience. They must be able to manage a team and lead by example, setting high retail standards.

Salary: €37k DOE plus bonus

Responsibilities:

• Ability to manage a large team of staff
• Monitor store standards and ensure quality of service
• Training and development of team members
• Achieve KPIs and sales targets on a regular basis
• Ensure compliance with HACCP & Food safety
• Stock management and control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

• Prior store management experience desirable
• Knowledge of the food retail market
• Ability to lead & support team
• Enthusiastic mentality towards work
