Store Manager

We are recruiting a Store Manager on behalf of a well-established and highly successful retailer in Limerick. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Retail Manager to take ownership of a high-volume store, lead a motivated team, and play a key role in delivering commercial success.

This position would suit a commercially minded manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading from the front, and has a proven track record of delivering results through people, service, and operational excellence.

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, operational standards, and customer service excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving sales, profitability, and overall store performance
• Managing and delivering store KPIs, budgets, and commercial targets
• Leading, coaching, and developing a large retail team
• Creating a positive and engaging culture focused on performance and customer service
• Managing staffing levels, recruitment, succession planning, and employee development
• Ensuring excellent standards of merchandising, presentation, and compliance across the store
• Monitoring stock levels, reducing stock loss, and controlling costs
• Identifying local opportunities to grow sales and improve customer engagement
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint

About You:

• 3+ years previous store management experience; open to grocery, non-food, or high volume fashion backgrounds
• Strong commercial awareness with a proven ability to drive sales and profitability
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing teams
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• A hands-on management style and ability to lead by example
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
