Service Delivery Manager

North Dublin

Salary up to €55,000 DOE

Excel Recruitment is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our client’s Customer Delivery Department.

This is a strategic role, reporting to the Head of Customer Delivery, with regular exposure to C-suite and executive-level stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will come from a logistics background, although this is not essential. Strong experience in large-scale customer service management is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement across the Customer Delivery Department.
• Lead and deliver large-scale projects from start to finish.
• Identify opportunities and bring new ideas to improve service and efficiency.
• Manage the onboarding of third-party vendors.
• Work strategically on the bigger picture, rather than focusing solely on day-to-day operations.
• Analyse performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and present projects, recommendations and results to C-suite.
• Help shape and develop the future direction of the Customer Delivery function.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience in Service Delivery, Logistics, Supply Chain, Retail or Customer Operations.
• Proven experience delivering major projects.
• Essential experience onboarding third-party vendors.
• Strong background in customer service management.
• Proven continuous improvement experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Confident presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with a strong ability to identify and implement improvements.
