Senior Food Production Manager – Dublin

The ideal candidate for this role would be an individual who has had previous experience in a food production role and shows equal enthusiasm for food production as our client. They must have a can-do attitude and love solving problems in fast-paced environments.

Our client offers a generous Salary Package of €45k DOE

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of HACCP and other food safety protocols
• Ability to delegate tasks to a busy team
• Motivate team to perform daily
• Achieving monthly KPIs
• Ensuring the highest standard of customer service
• Monitor stock and waste

Requirements:

• Previous Food Production Manager Experience desirable
• Good enthusiastic attitude towards work
• Loves working in a busy team environment
