Senior Chef – Monday to Friday €35-38K Package

Responsibilities of the Senior Chef Position include:

• Prepare and serve dishes to the highest quality alongside the Executive Chef.
• Work well with others in a leadership position as part of a busy environment that encourages a team mentality.
• Working knowledge of HACCP & Food Safety regulations
• Being Conscientious in regard to minimizing waste

What are the requirements of the Senior Chef Position include:

• Previous experience as a Senior Chef within contract catering, Hotels/ Restaurants.
• Good organisational skills and ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment.
• Full knowledge of HACCP (although we can provide full training)
• Good standard and comprehension of English.
• Full working rights in Ireland.
