Salon Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Retail or Salon Manager looking for a role where you can genuinely influence team performance, customer satisfaction, and commercial success.

As Salon Manager, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the business, ensuring exceptional service standards, strong team performance, and achievement of commercial targets.

Previous salon management experience is not necessary. What matters most is your leadership ability, commercial mindset, and passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, coaching, and developing a team to achieve business goals
• Driving sales, customer retention, and overall profitability
• Creating an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint

• Managing stock control, cash handling, and administration processes
• Conducting performance reviews and supporting employee development
• Ensuring high operational, compliance, and health & safety standards

About You:

• 3+ years management experience within retail, hospitality, beauty or another customer-facing environment
• Strong leadership and people development skills
• Commercially focused with experience managing targets and KPIs
• Confident managing day-to-day operations and administration
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Energetic, positive, and passionate about delivering great service
