Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class roadside diagnostics and repairs, ensuring a safe and seamless experience for our members.
• Strategically assess and coordinate with the Rescue Centre to provide exceptional service.
• Impeccable standards with a focus on safety, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards for equipment and tools, ensuring reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Qualified and Experienced: QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Motor Mechanics and completed apprenticeship.
• Practical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical vehicle systems.
• Driver?s Licence: B licence essential; BE advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to excellence.

Day-to-day

• Responding to service calls via company-issued mobile device
• Assessing the nature of vehicle issues and determining the best course of action
• Using a variety of tools and equipment to perform roadside repairs
• Interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Completing service reports and documenting all work performed
