Retail Supervisor – Art and Stationery – South Dublin

Key Responsibilities of the Retail Supervisor job

• Support the Store Management with the day-to-day running of the store
• Lead, motivate and develop the team to deliver excellent service and strong results
• Drive sales and help identify opportunities to improve store performance
• Deliver a friendly, knowledgeable and engaging customer experience
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation
• Support stock management, deliveries, administration and reporting
• Ensure company procedures and health and safety standards are maintained
• Create a positive and energetic working environment for the team

What We Are Looking for in a Retail Supervisor

• Previous experience as an Keyholder, Supervisor or Team Leader within retail
• A genuine interest in arts, crafts, stationery or creative retail
• A strong customer-focused approach
• Confident people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• A hands-on management style and willingness to lead from the shop floor
• Strong merchandising and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
