Retail Store Manager – South Dublin

Are you an experienced Retail Manager looking for a fresh opportunity where you can lead your own team, make an impact and bring some personality to the shop floor? We are recruiting a Retail Store Manager for a busy, customer-focused store in South Dublin. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves retail, enjoys developing a team and wants to work in a fun, creative and fast-paced environment.

Salary: €40,000

As Store Manager, you’ll have full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store, combining strong commercial management with excellent customer service and people leadership. You’ll be supported to put your own stamp on the store, motivate your team and create an environment customers enjoy coming back to.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading, motivating and developing your store team
• Driving sales and overall store performance
• Delivering an excellent customer experience
• Managing stock, deliveries and day-to-day store operations
• Maintaining strong visual merchandising and store standards
• Creating a positive, energetic atmosphere on the shop floor
• Supporting and developing your team to reach their potential
• Ensuring the store runs smoothly, efficiently and commercially

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years previous retail management experience
• A confident people manager who enjoys coaching and developing a team
• Commercially minded with a strong focus on sales and customer service
• Hands-on and happy to lead from the shop floor
• Energetic, approachable and organised
• Someone who genuinely enjoys retail and creating a great customer experience
